The Why

This started with Ruby.

Ruby has spent years navigating a chronic condition — one that took a long time to name, and even longer to learn how to live with. What we found along the way changed everything about how we think about food.

Living with it isn't a recipe. It's a daily act of vigilance. Reading every label. Weighing every ingredient. Knowing that the wrong choice — even a small one — can quietly cause harm.

Ruby's Bowl exists for the people who know that reality. And for the dogs who deserve a gentler one.
